Classes

At Renegade Athletics all of our tumbling classes are developed on the skill levels regulated by the USASF. In these classes your child will work on skills pertaining to their current level and will be evaluated monthly so that they can see the progress they are making and what skills they still need to work on to advance to the next level. We have designed our tumbling  program  help introduce, develop, and perfect the beginner through elite level tumbling skills required of today's competitive cheer athletes.

We offer the following tumble class levels

Level 1 … works on skills such as rolls, cartwheels, round-offs, limbers, and walk-overs

Level 2 … works on skills such as handsprings, fly-springs, and basic running tumbling

Level 3… works on skills such as tucks and aerials

Level 4… works on skills such as layouts, Arabians, ½ twists

Level 5…. Works on skills such as Whips, Fulls, and full variations
 
We also offer a Little Gym tumbling class for our students under 6. This program introduces children to the basic skills of traditional gymnastics, with emphasis placed on the development of flexibility, body awareness, and coordination.  These skills serve as the building blocks for a successful future as a gymnast or cheer athlete (not to mention any other sport your child might choose to conquer).  Students learn in an environment that is fun, informative, and encouraging.  

All tumbling Classes are 1 hour in length. 

Stunt Classes
Partner stunting has been incorporated into our curriculum to improve each students ability to better prepare themselves for flying on school squad teams, all-stars and college level cheerleading.  This class may be comprised of an all girl stunting group or male instructor stunting with individual students.  Please specify the type of stunt class you are interested in when registering. These classes are one hour in length

Flexibility Class
At Renegade Athletics we believe that cheerleaders are athletes and this rigorous sport of tumbling, stunting, and dancing takes a high level of physical fitness, conditioning, and a superior range of motion in all areas of the body. This class will take students through a comprehensive approach to stretching in all areas of the body. These are a 30 minute semi private classes and are proven to improve all body positions and jumps. 

Cheer 101 
In this one hour class our instructors’ help students learn and perfect jumps such as toe touches, hurdlers, pikes, and everything in between. In the cheer techniques classes, we teach students specific exercises to help them improve the height and strength of their jumps, while also improving their flexibility. We also teach various cheers, chants, and dances to help students improve on motions, rhythm, and volume.

Mommy and Me Classes 
Thursdays from 5-6. Fun, Safe, exciting way to introduce your toddler to our creative movement program. This program is designed for 6 month to 3 year olds and is open to both girls and boys. They kids will work on basic tumbling and creative movement techniques with parental involvement. Space is limited so call the gym today. 

Private Lessons
One on one time with the instructor of your choice tailored to your specific needs. Spend time learning and perfecting new skills or improving old ones, it’s up to you!

Pilates Class
We now offer Pilates classes with certified personal trainer Autumn Parker Lester. Classes are offered on Tuesday 10-11am and Thursday 7-8pm.

General Schedule 
Monday – Thursday 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. 
Friday- Sunday Privates only by appointment.
